By accessing or using GetReviewReply Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users including free trial users, Solo subscribers, Agency subscribers, and Enterprise subscribers.
GetReviewReply Pro is an AI-powered tool that helps local businesses and agencies generate SEO-optimized responses to Google Business Profile reviews. The Service includes:
The Service is powered by the 1nify AI platform. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and editing responses before posting them publicly.

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is required at signup but will not be charged until day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellations before the trial end date will not be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of your first charge if the Service does not work as described. Contact support@getreviewreplypro.com with your order details.
Upon subscribing, you receive a unique access code that unlocks the Service. This code is personal to your subscription and must not be shared with others. Sharing your access code with non-subscribers is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
If you suspect your code has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@getreviewreplypro.com to receive a replacement.

You must NOT use the Service to: generate fake reviews, post responses to reviews that do not belong to your business or clients, create spam, circumvent Google's Terms of Service, impersonate other businesses, generate misleading or defamatory content, or engage in any illegal activity.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate response suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and generated response templates, is owned by GetReviewReply Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of any review content you input and any responses you choose to publish. We do not claim ownership over the outputs generated on your behalf.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors and AI platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL IMPROVE YOUR GOOGLE RANKINGS — RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETREVIEWREPLY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetReviewReply Pro and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you generate or post using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly the acceptable use provisions. Upon termination, your access code will be revoked and you will lose access to the Service. No refund will be issued for violations of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through Lemon Squeezy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
