GetReviewReply Pro ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered review response tool operated under the 1nify platform. We help local businesses and agencies generate SEO-optimized responses to Google reviews.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). We receive your name, email address, and subscription status. We do not receive or store your credit card details — those are held securely by Lemon Squeezy.
We issue a unique access code to each subscriber. This code is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) to maintain your session. It is not linked to any personal profile on our servers.
When you use the app to generate responses, the review text, reviewer name, and business information you enter is sent to our AI processing layer to generate responses. This data is processed in real time and is never stored on our servers. It exists only in your browser session and is discarded when the response is generated.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g. number of responses generated per day) to monitor service performance. This data cannot be linked back to individual users.
We use browser localStorage to remember your access code session (so you don't have to re-enter it on every visit). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
